| Logiffine secures 17,700 sqm lease with Geodis - Transaction completes leasing program of Logiffine site in Hem |

Logiffine, the joint venture formed by MGPA, on behalf of its managed fund MGPA Europe Fund II, and Concerto European Developer SAS (Concerto) today announced the leasing 17,700 sqm of a Logiffine logistics park development in Hem (Nord Pas de Calais), to Geodis Logistics, a division of the Geodis Group, subsidiary of the SNCF Group. The lease covers a nine year period. This transaction completes the leasing program of the Logiffine site in Hem.
The 42,600 sqm logistics park is located in the Zone d’Activitiés des 4 Vents in Hem (59), near Lille And has been built to very high specifications. It features seven warehouse cells with 10 meter clear heights, more than 1,500 sqm of office and employee space, 600 sqm of charging room space and 41 loading bays equipped with electric nivellers. It also benefits from excellent transport links being close to two major motorways in the north of France, the A22 and A27.
Logiffine is pleased to attract an occupier of Geodis stature. The letting is the third over the past 12 months, and follows the recent lettings of over 18,600 sqm to Simastock (Groupe Bils Deroo) and 6,300 sqm to Publidispatch (Groupe STACI).
Alexis Gisselbrecht, MGPA’s asset manager responsible for the investment, said, “Over the last year we are delighted to have signed three new leases for the entire 42,600 sqm of space at the Logiffine building in Hem, demonstrating the suitability of our building for modern logistics requirements. We are very pleased to have now finalised the leasing program for our building in Hem.”

Logiffine
MGPA, on behalf of its managed fund MGPA Europe Fund II began a partnership with Concerto European Developer in 2006, for the development of the Logiffine subsidiary. Delivering on its original investment strategy, Logiffine aims at building a portfolio of logistics facilities in France to strengthen the offer of technologically up-to-date, high quality facilities, in good locations. Logiffine currently owns two facilities, one in Hem near Lille in the north of France and one in Montéléger near Valence in the Vallée du Rhone.
