MGPA Fund II is a closed ended, fully discretionary, opportunistic vehicle. MGPA Asia Fund II and MGPA Europe Fund II, collectively MGPA Fund II, focus on investing in Asia and Europe respectively. The Fund closed in September 2005 with equity commitments of US$1.3 billion - two thirds of that equity is weighted to MGPA Asia Fund II. |
