| Description |
Located 800 metres from Petronas Twin Towers, The Intermark is an integrated development comprising two grade A office buildings, an international hotel and a retail podium with a total gross floor area approximating 2.5 million sq ft.
Phase 1 of the development includes the complete refurbishment of the retail podium and Vista Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Malaysia, (formerly known as City Square and Empire Tower respectively), as well as the introduction of the first Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Southeast Asia in place of the former Crown Princess hotel.
