The Sogo Portfolio, located immediately to the west of the Imperial Palace in Tokyo’s central Chiyoda Ward, comprised six office buildings and one shop house, totaling 29,900 sqm. |
| Investment strategy |
Purchased from a distressed vendor, the assets offered a variety of leasing and operational challenges. Individually tailored asset management program was designed and implemented for each asset to lease up vacant space, reduce operating expenses and refurbish older buildings.
