The Meadow portfolio was leased and income producing and comprised 16 properties (10 office buildings and 6 industrial properties) located throughout the UK.

A diverse range of assets required the preparation of individual tailored business plans for each asset focusing on growing income and value through lease renegotiation, renovation and capturing planning gain. The properties were sold individually and in groups as values were optimised.
