Description A portfolio of three residential properties including 378 apartment units which are well located within their sub-markets in Fukuoka and Kita Kyushu. Fukuoka and Kita Kyushu are located approximately 50kms from each other and are two of Japan's main industrial and transportation centres on Kyushu Island.
Investment strategy Acquire stable income producing properties for the Fund in an improving Japanese economy. This strategy is consistent with the Fund's strategy of acquiring multiple portfolios of apartment buildings located throughout Japan. Also see Ark II portfolio.
