The portfolio has a net rentable floor area of 35,762 m², with seven residential, one office, one retail and two mixed use properties. The assets were constructed between 1980 and 2004, with an average age of 15 years. |
| Investment strategy |
To immediately reduce operating expenses after acquisition and improve the yield by increasing the occupancy through active property management. The portfolio will secure an increasing income stream over the seven year holding period. This approach is consistent with the Fund’s strategy of acquiring multiple portfolios located throughout Japan. |
